Was wondering if someone might have some advice on this.
We are currently building a datbase to track our projects. Our current project numbering system is like this:
YY-#### (ex. 03-0001)
Each year the #### starts over again from 0000
Is there a way that we could keep this numbering system in place and have it number automatically?
How would you apporach this?
What about populating the Databse with old information before starting it assigning numbers automatically.
