I require to publish a report from Access (A2000 but running in Office XP) in Word and save it in that format.
On occasions a report generated will consist of two full pages with one Memo field (narrative of the event recorded in the d'base) capable of extending the report to the second page or more.
When ever a two page report is created and exported to Word, in the Word document it will truncate after it has reached a third of the way down the second page, however generic notes included in the footer of the Access report will be positioned at the place they would normally appear, leaving a blank gap bwt where the truncation started and the commencement of the footer.
There are no problems previewing or printing the report in Access.
Has anyone experienced this or can you tell me what I am doing wrong.
TIA
Allan
