Time Card Querys

Hello all.

I am having an issue using a simple Punch card table. The fields are
PK
Customer
Worker
Time
Punchcode

The data is entered into the table by the employee in the field who are required to log in and log out of accounts they work in.
What is happening is some employees are logging out more than once. I am looking for a way to automatically delete the earlier logout time from the table. I'm sure its it can be done, just done know how to do it
