Pushing the Limits of Reporting

I have some tables all linked through there respective relationships

I currently print a report that lists the employees by shift, machine, and vacation date. All works great.

I would like to make the report show the following when i print the report i would also like for the report to look at employees on the same job title who are off in the same 5 day block of time.

We are on continental shifts and if the Operator of Machine 80 is off on Mon Tue he is likely not available to work overtime on Wed Thur for the other Operator of Machine 80 who has also requested to be off.

I would like the report to alert me to the fact that 2 operators of the same machine have scheduled vacation within the same 5 day time period by:

1, Highlighting in bold or Colour on the report the individuals who have this conflict.
