QODBC Error - 3180...error saving a bill.

I am using an append Query to send data via an ODBC connection to QuickBooks BillExpenseLine and Bill tables and I receive the following error;

"ODBC" - insert on a linked table "Bill" failed.

"[QODBC] Error: - There was an error when saving a Bill. QuickBooks error message: The transaction is empty. (#10053)"

When I check both of the tables, and additionally the "transaction" table, everything has posted as expected.

Any ideas out there?
