Holy crapolie. That violates the law of large numbers. 50 million electrons ain't enough of a charge to be statistically significant, much less the claim of regulating the flow down to the level of single electrons. We're gonna have to rewrite Schrödinger's equations if this keeps up.

50 million electrons is on the order of 10^(-12) coulombs.

(By the way, I knew we were getting down there in charge size - just didn't know it had gone that far.)
