Query Button Problem (1 Viewer)

I created a Query when i Run it it it work perfectly.
Then I Add Query to New Button It also Worked.
When I add Query to Add Record but using marco add query it run but dont update rows. But when I run it in new button it update Records.

What is the Issue

Not many people here use macros most use VBA. Therefore you might have problems getting answers to macro questions.

Looking at your Image, I note that the last option "data mode" is set to edit... My guess is it should be set to something like "update".

The options are Add, Edit and Read Only. Edit allows adding also.
I cannot make any sense of the last line in the post
