query by form search(Ive almost got it working)

I have a form with 4 comboboxes. A user can select any one of the comboboxes to filter to show the results in the subform.

My problem is a cant seem to get the 4th combobox (Visa) to be included or do a search on its own. Im sure theres a simple reason but I cant seem to find it.

Can some have a look at the attached and see where im going wrong.

Ive asked for help another forum but I failed to get a response.

Anyhow, had a quick look at your search form.

Maybe I have missed the boat on this one, but the form filters by VISA quite nicely for me (With or without other cbo selections).

Looks like your project is developing nicely.

Only error (I think it is an error) that I could find is your listing of referal type "Service Package" as "Service Package-GECC".

Thus, "Service Package-GECC" filter will never return any matching records.

But that is only a data issue.

Ok. I had a look and when I selected e.g 204 from Visa combobox its doenst show only those records that have 204.

I tried removing Service Package-GECC and replaced with Service Package. This didnt seem to have any affect on the Visa combox


What I would like you to try is select the Referral Type (Proposer Support) and then select Visa only those Visas with 204. You will notice that it doesnt show those record that are Proposer Support that have Visa 204's.

Do you see now what I mean.
