Query Duplicating

I have a query which draws information from 4 tables (main, tblpreviousweeks, tblexclusions, tblstandardletters2) each has Admission Number as a field and is unique in the main table.
tblpreviousweeks, tblexclusions, tblstandardletters2 can all have duplicate records..

I am trying to do a report which if I type the students name in it will pull off a report which takes information from all the tables. The report though is duplicating records... I have checked all my relationships and they are all set up to One-to-may on the admission number to the Main table.

Any Ideas what I am doing wrong????? Thought I was doing so well and then it all went wrong somehow.........

You say that 3 of your tables can have duplicates. How are you joining these tables in the query feeding the report to avoid having duplicates show up?
