Query Filtering Issue (1 Viewer)

I have an A2010 - SS database program that is generally macro driven (I inherited it) with comlex and simple queries having form control criteria which will not work. With hard coded criteria, the queriesd work.

I found an early 2012 article indicating that this was a known bug and that SP1 fixed it. See http://tinyurl.com/lsgac68.

This program run in a Citrrix environment.

How can I determine whether or not SP1 is installed on my PC? Am I missing something else?

The link didn't work for me. In Access, Click on the File button, Access Options, and Resources. The About option should list the service pack.
