Query Half the records of a Table

Is there a way to query half the records of a table? I currently have a make-table query which generates a "New Days Work" Table, based on date. I would like to further divide the "New Days Work" table into equal halves, but have not found a way to do it. Any suggestions?

Look in Access Help for "Top". You need something like:

Select Top 50 PerCent ...
