Query not showing all items

Hello

I’m fairly new at access. I’m writing a payment progress program for road construction. The problem I’m having is the following:

As work progress items are paid once they are completed and at the end of every month Items are summarized and a payment are issued.

The problem I’m having is the query will only show me items that where paid but I need to show all items if they have be paid or not.

Need idea’s on how to do this. It maybe my relationships??

Hope that was clear I attached screens of the relationships and the Query.

In query you can to change a relationships, independently of actual relationships.

hello

It works good but when I introduce my date criteria it only shows me item that where paid and need it to show all items paid or not between the start and end dates.

Is there something I can add to the date Criteria??
