Query prompts for parameters when designing report

Hi,
1. I have a summary (union query) query and other queries under it are set to look for parameter values in a form. I want to design a report off the union query. When I try to design a report in the report wizard and select this query of the source the fields of this query are not displayed (to select which fields to include in the report)
Does anyone know why this is happening?

2. I had designed a report off this query before I added the form(and the parameters) when I try to edit this report it keeps giving pop up boxes prompting me to enter the paramenter value. This keeps happening all the time. Is there any way to turn the query from prompting for parameters?
