I am trying to run a report that would give me percentages. It's a customer satisfaction report that has customer's opinions of "Exceeded", "Met" and "Failed". Basically, a customer's reply would be "Exceeded" = 12.5%, "Met" = 5% and "Failed" = 0%. I am having a doosie of a time trying to get this done. My goal is to have a report that would have a chart comparing departments and their customer %'s. HELP!!!

I would suggest that you create a query that counts all opinions and groups by the opinion. something like this:

Code:
Select Department,Opinion, Count(Opinion)
from Satisfaction
Group by Department, Opinion
Order by Department, Opinion [Optional of course]

You may of course have multiple tables but the query builder will create the SQL for you if you need to link tables by PK and FK

You can create a graph from the query and manipulate your graph using the graph wizard to show these results as a percentage.
