query report

I have producted a form where the user can choose between dates they want a report produced.On the form they choose from a combo box for the month, and one for the year this is the start date. Then they choose from another combo box for the month and one for the year this is the end date.
i.e Jan 1999 to Feb 2000
How do I get a query to take to first to values and then the second two values. (Between first date AND second date)
so I can prduce the report

Hi.
What I do for that sort of report is in my query, use a Parameter for the Start Date and the End Date.
So that if the date in question is DateOfApp, I put that in the query. Then on criteria of that field I put
Between [Enter Earliest Date] and [Enter
Latest Date]
Then you click on Query at toolbar and then Parameter. From there enter the phrasing in the [] and on the right check off the drop down box, date-type.

When the report is based on the query, you are set.
