Query Returning Null

I have a query where one of its fields is dependent on the value in a combo box. However, if that Combo Box is empty, no records are returned.

What do I put in the OR criteria to make sure it returns ALL records if the combo box is empty ?

The bigger answer would be to make a "proper" search form (search the forum for samples) so you skip fields that are not searched.
The "or syntax" is ok for 1 2 maybe 3 4 fields beyond that it just breaks! Search forms are infinitely usefull
