query subform

please have a look at the attached pic...

on the pic, u can see that on the design view of the form, GuestID, and BookingRef is on there, but in the table view they are not.
The Visible and Enable properties of both GuestID and BookingRef are set to Yes, so how is it that this is happening. This is not my database, but i would like to do a similar thing on mine, and I was wondering how it was done....

can anybody help me wid this plz

In table view....

From the menu bar select Format, Hide columns.
