Hi Guys,

I am relatively new to access, and i am trying to build a database that we will use at our company to track actual wages vs forecasted wages and this will be done in weekly periods. You are able to add employees and their rate per hour to the DB as well as certain projects with a start and end date, and then a percentage of the manhours that will be used for dismanting, erection and board movement.

I have created the tables and forms that are required to input the data, but now i need to generate a report based on a user selected period that will give forecasted hours vs actual hours and give a value to that. It must also calculate that if we said in the add job form that erection will be 40%, and it is still in that date area, it must be under erection.

I know it sounds extremely confusing, and i will attach a copy of my database, but if anyone is willing to assist me, i am more than happy to explain on skype and show how it is supposed to work.

Thanks for any assistance!

Hi Guys,

You need to ask a better question. Please specify your table structure and the query that is failing.
