Query Wizard Not Showing All Fields

I'm trying to create a query but when I select the relevant table in the query wizard at least one of the fields I need isn't listed but definitely is in the table.

Why would this be and how can I select the field for my query?

Is it a lookup field? If not are you sure you are looking at the table and not a query based on a table ? Can you take a screen shot of the table design, and then the table in query designer view?
