If you are asking about a QueryDef, you need to look at Access Help for the following keyword topics to understand this class of Access object.

Collections
QueryDefs (collection)
QueryDef (object that can appear in the QueryDefs collection)
Fields (as a collection that can appear within a QueryDef)
FieldDef (object that can appear in the Fields collection)

That should put it in perspective. Otherwise, your question makes no sense.
