I have a column called Period_Number which relates to Tax month in the format:
Period_Number Tax Paid to Date
1 12000
2 20000
3 30000
4 40000
and what I need is the tax paid to date on the last period in the tax year.
So for example if an employee left the company in July 2004, this would represent value Period_Number 4 (Tax Year from April to April). So Tax Paid to date up to Period 4 within 2004/2005 tax year
I have tried to run a totals query using last option but this does not give me the final year.
Can anyone help?
