Question about DoCmd.Maximize

Hello,

Ok. My switchboard was working fine unitil I thought it looked better maximize than the pop up. So I used the:

DoCmd.Maximize

Now my buttons on my switchboard stopped responding. Now when it was in pop up mode it worked fine. Then when a selection was made the next form would pop up...so on and so forth...

What am I missing...been trying things for a while now. Any ideas what would cause this?

Ok update. This is strange.

I just noticed my mouse scrolls through the options on my switchboard. As I scroll it moves through it as if I were clicking my choices. When I get to my form for adding I can click it and it opens...

Strange why I am able to scroll through my switchboard?

Hmmm...would the charts be causing this..

I have added 2 charts to my switch board...

Now that I am looking...do I really need the switchboard? Whats the advantage other than ease of use. I can just make my own and point them to the forms...correct?
