QUOTATION MARKS

I need to send a file in this format:
"1""name""credit card""exp""amt"

how can i convert the query with 5 fields to this format?

Does it have to have the quotes? If not, you could use a fixed-width or comma delimited export. Look at this help file: Export a datasheet to a delimited or fixed-width text file

Try exporting the file ONCE by using File/Export. Once the wizard starts, you can press the "advanced" button for options regarding delimiters. Be sure to save the export spec before finishing the wizard. If the file is created properly, you can now automate the export task by using the TransferText Method/Action and referencing the export spec you created manually.
