Radio Buttons-Choice

To all:
When I click a button on a form I would like to display several choices as radio button selections ( see attachment)
Then depending on the selection, the user could run different reports or queries.

Any ideas on how to do this

Yes, it can be done. I don't think you should do it because hardcoding report names to open is not good programming practice.

What you SHOULD do is to have a combo box or list box that lists the available reports and then when the user selects one it opens. And, if you do it right you can add reports and not have to add them to the list as they will be added automatically based on the naming convention you use.
