Ranking Records

I have a query that I need to rank the users according to the results within the query. The complexity of this query is that multiple users could have the same rank, in other words their scores could be tied and they would be ranked the same. Does anyone know a way I can get Access to rank users and also rank users the same when they have the same scores? I attached a mockup of the results in Excel, even though this is being done in Access.
