rate my control panel and db

First DB in my life, my naming conventions are OK, and vb sloppy code from my teacher helping me, i think my web designing helped the "look" of the db, tell me what you think!

BTW the delete record doesnt work

My guess is that many users will forgive you for the broken delete button and continue to frequent your DB.

Your table structure is also incorrect, you only need one table holding details of your media, just add another field which describes the media format. DVD, CD, Game etc
