Re-Link an SQL database

What i am trying to do is change the sql database that the access file is linked to.

I have done this before using dbase file, but i am unsure how to re-link to an sql server.

I have a path of the database of:-

MSSQL: DB_NAME: dbo:

I have a file that is linked to access file that gives me this information that i need to re-link, but unsure how to write the code to update the linked tables.

Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance
