This is probably a silly question, but for me just starting out it needs clarification.
What is the difference between executing with a macro and executing with VBA code.
I am just starting to get into behind the scenes stuff and I am confused about this.

Thanks,

Freddie

i know of two good reasons to promote VBA over macros. when using VBA, you have more control of what's going on (aka allows more customization) and you can sometimes notice the processing times are shorter.

Some could also go for the "wow" effect since using VBA looks more confusing than a macro.. but I won't include that in the list for or against VBA. :p
