Hello:
I was trying to build an Access Database for my boss to enter survey responses. I was trying to be quick about it and thought that Access would allow me to calculate the total of each survey. I was going to create a report to give a running total.
In the properties of the textbox for total, I entered: =Sum(IncSales+RetSales+CostSavingsInv+CostSavingsLab+CostSavingsMat+CostSavingsOth+IncInvPlant+IncInvIT+IncInvWP+IncInvOth). I got the total but it was the running total for the entire database. I was just wondering if anybody could tell me how to get just one total per page.
