I have turned on Record selector for my continuous form but the Record Selector bar creates a blank area in my Form Header. Is there a way to turn off the Record Selector part for the Form Header?

I have my From header coloured blue so the Record selector is creating a vertical white space on the form header.

There is no record selector in the header section to turn off! If you're seeing one extend into the header section the only thing I can think of id that the form is corrupt.

I think that's the problem: when you turn the record selectors on it moves the detail section AND the form header to the right, but in the header it leaves a blank space BECAUSE there is no selector. I agree it's ugly and I'm not aware of a simple solution. I expect Microsoft would say, "this behavior is by design."
But I prefer Datasheets anyway. They're simpler to implement, more consistent for the user, more flexible and I could go on...

This is a joke, right? The Datasheet View form is absolutely the least flexible form available in Access!
