Recording Staff Visits

Hi All,

I need to be able to have the staff in my dept. record their visits for the month.
I have one query which works out how many working days per month for the next two years.
I am having difficulties knowing where/how to enter the physical data. I have 7 members of staff that need to record data but they cannot record it in the same query as the working days. I need to be able to link the two together somehow.

Any help appreciated.
