Recovering from disabling startup options

1. I disabled the tool bars for startup and hence not able to get back the tool bar again after i started the database. Can someone pls help me get back my tool bars again ?

2. How are we able to implement autocomplete in the forms?

Hold down the shift key as you open the file.

Not enough info. Do you mean that as the user types in some data, the form 'homes in' on a possible value? This is easilly implemented using a combo box, but I don't know of this is what you want.
