redemtion with windows

Hi there,
I am using MS Acces for many years. To automatically create PDF files i use Redemption. So far so good, while using windows XP. One of my computers has recently been updated with windows 7 and Access 2013. Since then the created PDF files are no longer A4 format but only half as heigh. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Hello, I tried to use redemption for the first time. I have windows 7 and use access 2010. I tried many things but when using redemption to send an email with an image in the body, it causes access to stop working. I don't know if this is related, but hope more info may help.
