refresh all forms from a macro

I have a few buttons that load a separate form which does various things, then on that form I have an exit button... is there a way to put a macro on that that will not only exit but also refresh all forms that are currently open? I know I could close and then reopen a form before closing the one I was on but I dont like the limitation of that being I could only associate certain forms with certain forms, so Id prefer a way to refresh everything so Im open for whatever I need to do later.
