refreshing data displayed from user defined combo box selection

I want a form loading data based on what they select from the combo box. I assume I need to add something to the control source sql but unsure how to.

the control source line is currently this:

SELECT QRYDaysofsports.Time FROM QRYDaysofsports WHERE (((QRYDaysofsports.Day)="Monday"));

What can I add so that Comboselectsport is filtering this?

One way of doing this is to base your form on a query. This query
can have as criteria in the DayOfSports field:

=Forms![YourForm]![YourCombo]

Then on the AfterUpdate of your combo, you can do a Me.Requery and
your form will display the record(s) desired.
