Regarding tabbed buttons

hi,

I have a small application which have a tabbed buttons.In the 2nd tab i draged the form..which have the report options combos..when i indivudually tested the form..it was fine..i,e based on the selected option in the combo box i was able to print the report..

but when i dragged it tab form ..every time i select a value in the combo box ..its asking me again to type the value in the msgbox and then the report is displayed..

I did not know why i got thiss....Please help me out..

The report was referencing the form but now that you have dragged the form onto the other form with the tab controls it is now a subform which has different syntax for referring to it.

When i do the same in the query..Its the same as the first..

You apparently didn't follow the directions from the link I gave you. You must not open the subform but you open the other form that has the subform on it and then navigate down to the control via the LOADED forms part. It will look somewhat like
[SubformNameHere]![Form]![YourControlNameHere]

And the [Form]! part needs to stay exactly as written here.
