Registry keys

Hello everyone
I am using packaging wizard for access 2007 to distribute an application, in which I am asked to fill registry keys. What are these registry keys for? Do I need to enter it or can I ignore it?

I use SageKey which takes care of this for you. If the wizard is asking for Registry Keys, it is probably looking for the path to the FE so it can create a trusted location. If you post the exact message or screen shots we can help you better.
