relationship and macro

I have a database in access 2010 format and want to publish on web but after checking the competitablity, there are errors about index and relationships.

The issues related to index have been solved but i an not able to solve the issue of relationship.

How relationship can be created through macros. How force integrity can be done in access 2010 macro.

i have one table which is doc_master while other is doc_details both were linked with 1 to many relationship i,e doc_id is common field in both tables. how same thing can be achieved through macros
