Removed intext ads (1 Viewer)

I have taken out the intext ads for now, as an experiment to see if it improves page load times. These are the ones with a double underline of a word in the threads. We are taking a hit on site revenue to improve user experience.

I may introduce a different ad network for this in future, but they might be less intrusive than before.

Let me know if you notice any difference in page load time when viewing threads.
