report | attachment access 2007 problem

Hello all,

I have the following problem...

If a record has more than one file attachment the report is displaying all attachments and I only want to show the first.

Example:
Record 1, photoa1 and photob1 inserted as attachments

When I run the report displays me two times the Record 1 with photoa1 and photob1 displayed... But I only need the first photo to be displayed.

Check the file attached...

How can I solve this problem?

Do you need only photoa1 for each record, or do you need photoa1 for some and photob1 for others?
If you need the photoa1 only, take photob1 out of the query the report is based on. If your report is based on the table, write a query without photob1, and base your report on that query.
If you need photoa1 on some and photob1 on others, you'll need to use the unbound image frame object with a If/Then statement in the Control Source.
