Report based on a Query

I want to be able to run a report based off my "Allot_Q" query. I have a button to perform the report but would like the button to update the query and run my report based on my selection text boxes. Right now I have one button the runs the query based on the selection and then another button to run the report. My boss wants one button to pull the report based on the selection. Help
