In my table I have a start date and an end date. In my report I want it to show the start date (Monday) to the end date (Friday) and each other day in between on each line.

Ex:
Monday (start date)
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thurs
Friday (end date)

How can I do this?

Put this code on a text box on your report:
=Format([Enter Begining Date:],"mm/dd/yy") & " through " & Format([Enter Ending Date:],"mm/dd/yy")
This code should take care of the beginning and ending date.

Now if you want to show every single day, the best way I know is to make subreports just out of your date for each single day and just put them on your report header. There might be an easier way of doing this, if there is I would like to know it too!
