Report displays differently

HI,
New to access and forum.
I have a database and associated reports that I created on one laptop and reports display fine in print review. When I open the same database/report ( emailed it to second computer) on a second computer I get the dreaded blank extra pages. Any suggestions on how to fix so it opens the same? All help appreciated.

The problem is with the printer. Each printer has different specs and so they may have different margin requirements. You're going to have to adjust the report layout to work with the printer that is creating the extra pages. That should make it work with the other printer also.
