report does not display in 1 page

ive created a report. but all the data does not display in 1 page. i mean 1st data appear in the 1st page, 2nd data in d 2nd page. and so on.. how to make it all together in 1 page??

Can you post a screenshot of your report in design view and also in report view? (upload the screenshots here, not to photo bucket or anything)

ive found d solution after playing with the header and footer. its because theres a lot of free space on the header and footer.. hehe..
