Ok then Geeks figure this out.
I have a database that contains information about motor boats. The information includes their names, type of construction, engine make, range etc...... I have set up queries with parameters so I can run the query to find all the boats built in France. For example when I run the query for engine manufacture it asks me for the make, which I type in and then a list appears of all the boats with that make of engine. I have reports running of these queries and this is where the problem starts. I know all the makes of engines or the boat names, but another user may not.
So how can create a report, that asks for the make of Engine, a drop down list of all the engine makes appears, the operator selects one and hence has a report of all the yachts with said engine.
If this doesn't make any sense then let me know and I will rephrase it.
Cheers
