Report extracting just one record of a sub-form

I have a Form which is used to input Orders, and a sub-form to that listing the Order Details of that order.

What I want to do is create a Report that will extract just the information from one of those order details, and nothing else. Ie, I want to show a report with the details of just one "order details field" (of which each has a seperate unique ID).

It sounds simple, but somehow I can't figure it out ....
