Iam new to this forum & access and this is my first post.
Attached is an access file,where it contains table - Input.Is it possible to get an output report as it in Reports table.
Create a new report in design view. Use your table as your record source. In the page header place your column labels.
Place text boxes in your detail section of the report and set the data source to the fields in your table.
