Report Formatting Issue

I have created a report in paragraph form that has text fields (with info pulled from a table) inter dispersed among the label fields that are the bulk of each paragraph. I know you can apply a can grow/can shrink property for the text boxes to accommodate different character lengths of data, but is there a way to make the surrounding label boxes move horizontally to accommodate the different lengths of the text boxes? I have names in the text boxes that vary widely in length so to accommodate the longer names the paragraphs referring to records with shorter names have huge spaces in them. Needless to say this looks awful. My second issue is that some of the names are in upper/lower case and some are all upper case. Is there a way to make them all appear in upper/lower case in my report?

with regards to your second issue I posted a good proper function about 4 weeks. Search the forum. (A proper function will capitalize the first letter of a word. Also as it was designed for names it also takes care of Mc, Mac, Van etc.)
