Report (Labels) printing to duplex

Hi guys,

We run regular order fulfilment from our Access 2003 dbase, which prints labels (18 per page) to our RICOH printer.

The user can choose whether they want the labels to feature a PPI (postage stamp) or not from an option group containing two possibilities - a report "With PPI" and a report "Without PPI", with each option opening a different report once the print button on the form is pressed.

The two reports are slightly different, but the "Without PPI" report prints duplex even though all Page Setup and Print options on our machines aren't requesting it. The "With PPI" report has all the same Page Setup options selected as "Without PPI" and that works okay.

There is VBA behind the print button on the form, which runs an update query that amends the date of the records about to be printed, and then prints the relevant report (depending on whether the user has selected "With..." or "Without PPI"), but that's it.

Does anyone have any idea on how best to rectify this, please? Other than changing the Print/Page Setup options (which all seem to be right) I'm a bit stumped.
