Report missing random fields in Access 2007?

Hey all,

I have produced a report that when ran produces a pre-formatted report based on a certain criteria. This works perfectly but once I go to print preview it misses random fields out. I don't think it's the borders as the missing fields are sporadic and not near the edge of the page.

Any ideas? I'm hoping this is a common fault!!!

Is there any code that runs when the report opens? Have you tried running just the query to make sure that all the fields are returning a value? Are the margins set bigger than the paper would be? Did you check the properties to make sure that the Visible property is set to Yes?

Can you post a screenshot of the report in Design view as well as a screenshot of what it looks like in preview view?

Hey, thanks to the both of you for your replies.

I will try and get a screenshot tomorrow, it's very strange!

I dont think it's a problem with the fields as it all pulls through on query or with borders as the missing fields are not near the borders (and the fields near the borders display correctly).

What makes it even stranger is that when first viewing the report, everything is fine...its only in print preview that it screws up
